Allen Homes is an award-winning residential construction company in the Sioux Falls & surrounding area. For over 60 years & several generations, we have specialized in slab on grade, single family, and multi-family construction.

We are hiring for a Project Estimator role within our office. Duties of this position include:

• Pricing New Projects
• Establish relationships with Subcontractors & Vendors
• Job Costing
• Plan & Permit Management
• Ordering of Materials
• Exploring New Products & Code Requirements
• Set up Cost Monitoring & Reporting Procedures

Requirements of this position include:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Programs (primarily Excel)
• General Understanding of Residential & Multi-Family Construction
• Detail-oriented
• Communication & negotiation skills

This position is full-time & salaried with opportunities for additional duties within our storage & land development sectors. Salary based on experience.
